Overnight UK time, our cloud provider had an issue with their physical servers going down. They worked as fast as they could to replace the physical server and get us back up and running at around 4am.
We have run checks this morning to ensure the continuity of our services and we see no reason for further downtime.
We will also be investigating today ways we can mitigate this issue for the future.
